what we do
1 to 1 Program
The NXT Level 1:1 is a comprehensive, academic and behavioral support service for at risk children and adolescents with moderate to severe emotional/behavioral disorders that prevent them from interacting, without behavioral support in an academic setting.

Training
Our counselors receive significant training in areas such as Conflict Resolution, Anger Management, Crisis Intervention, Positive Behavior Support, and Therapeutic Options of VA.
Service plans
Our counselors provide services in adherence to the student's Individualized Education Plan (IEP) and Behavioral Intervention Plan (BIP). We employ accepted best practices while acting as liaisons between and among the school administration, teachers, and the student, to ensure that all interested parties work together to achieve academic and behavior goals of each student.
